Tab Separated Value (TSV) sheet support!

•  New folder in project folder for TSV files
•  Auto detects data length

UI Overhaul

Once again, the UI has been redone to minimize confusion and streamline common actions

•  Better grouping for buttons
•  Made the application a resizeable window
•  Image pane no longer hovers leaving controls only half exposed

General Bug Fixes and Quality of Life Changes:

•  Fixed critical memory leak associated with refreshing image resources
•  Fixed issue with adding an object when Show Exposed Only was toggled on would appear in the layer list
•  Fixed issue where marking an object as exposed wouldn't update the layer list
•  Fixed sluggish / non-responsive scroll windows
